International shipping costs:
The following rates apply to all international deliveries sent via NZ Post international air mail. (At this stage we don't ship to any other international locations.)

All pricing is in Australian dollars. (currency conversion)
If a certain product requires a different shipping cost, this will be clearly stated within the product description page.
All pricing on the product pages on our website is displayed including Australian tax (GST).
When you 'add a product' to your cart/bag you can set your 'country' and your tax and shipping costs will be itemised for you.
We do not collect GST on any orders delivered to a non-Australian address, these orders will be reduced by 10% prior to payment.

Please note: The tracking details of shipments to New Zealand will only be activated when the shipment first arrives in Auckland, from Australia.
International delivery times can vary greatly during peak Christmas season.
Product availability: 'in stock' & 'clearance':
The above delivery times are for 'in stock' or 'clearance' items.
These products are kept in stock, in our Melbourne warehouse, and will leave the warehouse within 24 hours (on business days)
To have your order leave the warehouse 'same day' you must place your order before 11am Melbourne time.
Product availability: 'back-order' or 'pre-order':
If an item is not in stock on our website, we will display an
estimated time for us to receive this product into our warehouse (for
example 7 days). To calculate your expected delivery date, simply add
the availability estimate to the shipping times listed above.
'in-stock' + a 'back ordered' or 'pre-ordered' item on 1 order:
If you place an order which contains an item not in our warehouse
(the availability status is 'back order' or 'pre-order), we will hold
your entire order in our warehouse until all items are ready for
delivery. If you need an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate
order for that item.
Order running late?
If you've placed an order which you haven't received within our
estimated delivery times, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can immediately begin to
track and locate your shipment.
